You need to be more specific. I assume by "signal wires" you mean the +/-10V analog velocity command inputs to your drives? If so then yes that looks correct.
Regarding the enable wires: You need to have information on what type of signals are required. Contact closure? 24V? How much current? Maybe you could provide us with a wiring diagram of how this relay was wired. Kanalog has Relay Diver Outputs which are FETS that basically act like a contact closure to ground capable of switching 24V @1A. There are also Opto Outputs that also basically act like a contact closure when activated since they are not ground referenced they are more flexible on how thay can be used. But they can only switch 25ma of current.

It does help but also puts me at a stand still seeing as I never witnessed it working. I'll have to call my bandit guy and see if he is able to email me a schematic for it and ask about the voltages.
